This course teaches how to recognize, accept and live a wide range of emotions, in order to make the personal emotional “map” richer and more flexible. An essential step towards healing and self-healing. The goal is to learn how to constructively “guide” your emotions so that they can become a source of richness and personal growth.

The second level of the course helps to better identify and reinforce positive emotions, making them points of inner strength that are always present and that we can tap into.

It’s about building a path of respect and self-esteem that passes through the re-discovery of your own feelings, it’s about opening to others and to yourself, thus freeing the expression of your talents.

The course teaches how to recognize, accept and live a wide range of emotions, in order to make the personal emotional “map” richer and more flexible. An essential step towards healing and self-healing. The goal is to learn how to constructively “drive” your emotions so that they can become a source of richness and personal growth. It is an intense and fun  two-day and one-night full immersion, moving and unpredictable to learn to distinguish between emotion and emotivity and train yourself to use your emotional energy. The course is an inner journey that goes beyond the usual patterns, towards the pleasure of recognizing parts of yourself in others. Emotions and feelings are one of the fundamental personal values, that can provide great gratification or discomfort, making people happy or unhappy. Our emotions are like a flowing river, with water that’s sometimes impetuous, sometimes calm and quiet. You can learn to navigate this river, without being overwhelmed and carried into new loops by the incredible strength and energy of emotions.
